1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the UrbanRoute platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. UrbanRoute reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. UrbanRoute may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform, violates applicable laws, or infringes on the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to harassment, spam, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data scraping.
4. Service Availability
UrbanRoute strives to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on UrbanRoute are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the service without prior written consent from UrbanRoute.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrbanRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding twelve months.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
