The people behind
UrbanRoute.
Professional anger management training built for modern professionals living in urban environments.
Our story
UrbanRoute was founded in Chicago by two clinical psychologists who saw a critical gap in how executives and creatives handled intense stress. Starting with a single downtown studio, we quickly gained recognition for our evidence-based urban-adapted training frameworks.
Today we operate in eight cities and have guided over 14,000 professionals through structured emotional regulation programs. Our curriculum continues to evolve based on real-time feedback from Fortune 500 clients.
Making urban life calmer, one session at a time.
We exist to transform reactive emotions into deliberate, high-performance responses. Our mission is to equip professionals with repeatable techniques proven to reduce workplace burnout by up to 67%.
